Fit Options: Inside and Outside Mount
To choose the correct size: - Inside Mount: Subtract 1/2 inch from the window width and add 2 inches to the window length. - For a 40" width by 50" length window: - Shade Width: 40" - 1/2" = 39.5" - Shade Length: 50" + 2" = 52"
- Outside Mount: Add 4 inches to the window width and 8 inches to the window length.
- For the same window:
- Shade Width: 40" + 4" = 44"
- Shade Length: 50" + 8" = 58"
