For Inside Mounting roller shades, a minimum 1.6-inch window frame depth is needed. For blackout shades, the width should be 1/4 inch less than the window width, and the length should be 4 inches longer than the window length. No Tools No Drill Blinds need to be fixed against the sides, making external installation impossible.
