Measurement Instructions - For inside mounting black out shades, ensure a minimum 2" window frame depth. - Blackout shades width should be 1/2" less than the window width. - Window blinds length should be 2 inches longer than the window length. - For outside mounting, blinds need to be 4 inches wider and longer than the window for better coverage.
